How much do you charge?

We charge flat rates, not hourly. A regular clean for a 1–2 bed apartment is €60, a 3–4 bed townhouse is €90, and larger villas are custom-quoted. Airbnb turnarounds start at €45. You'll know the price before we start — no surprises.

Can I get a recurring weekly or biweekly clean?

Yes. We offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly recurring schedules at a flat rate per visit. Recurring clients get priority scheduling and the same trusted cleaner every time.

Do you handle holiday rental changeovers?

Absolutely. We work with Airbnb hosts and property managers to deliver fast, reliable turnarounds including linen, laundry, and guest-ready presentation. Same-day premium is available for tight schedules.

Yes. We send a photo report after every visit so you can see exactly how your home was left — ideal if you live abroad or rent your property out.

Are you a local company or an agency?

We're a family-run business, not an agency. We've lived in the Marina Baixa for over seven years — our kid goes to school in Altea. You'll always deal with us directly, never a rotating cast of cleaners.

Yes. Key holding (€25/month), property checks while you're away (€30/month), airport pickup (€40/trip), and grocery stocking before arrival (€15 service fee plus the cost of groceries). These are the services that give you peace of mind when you're not in Spain.

Yes. Alongside home cleaning, we offer detailing for yachts and boats, mobile homes, cars, and RVs. Pricing is custom-quoted based on size and scope.
